Family Sues Waterpark for Injured Teen
A family is suing a Wisconsin resort for the injuries a teenage boy suffered on an unsafe ride.
According to the lawsuit, filed by the boy’s family, the Kalahari resort knew about the risk of injury that the indoor water slide posed to guests but took no safety precautions, resulting in harm to the boy.
The lawsuit seeks compensation for personal injury, pain, suffering and loss of enjoyment of life.
