Man Sues for Mechanical Bull-Related Injury
A Connecticut man is suing a restaurant and bar for allegedly suffering a “permanent, serious” injury after he was thrown off a mechanial bull.
The lawsuit, filed by Steven M. Saleski, says that Saleski was thrown off the bull, causing him to “violently hit his head on the landing pad and suffer permanent, serious injuries.”
The lawsuit names as defendants Muffins Meadow LLC, which owns the mechanical bull, and T.C.B. LLC, which owns the restaurant, the Cadillac Ranch Restaurant.
